About me

I'm a Staff Android Engineer at Instagram, where I've spent the last five years building products that reach over a billion people. Most recently, I created Instagram Schools — taking it from an idea I pitched to a product used by over a million college students across the US, leading a team of engineers and cross-functional partners to make it happen.

I'm drawn to the intersection of engineering and product thinking. Whether I'm architecting systems at scale or shaping a product's direction from scratch, I care most about building things that people genuinely want to use. Before Instagram, I co-founded a social app at Stanford that validated that instinct early — we hit a 70% weekly active rate and went through Stanford's startup incubator.

I studied Computer Science and Economics at Stanford, and outside of work you'll find me taking pictures, learning languages, or working toward my private pilot license.
